What is included with prep coaching?

When you sign up for a year long prep coaching package you will be provided with a bespoke training program that is designed to help you reach your fitness goals. This will include a combination of resistance training, cardio and daily step count. Training programs are designed based on the equipment you have at home or in the gym including full descriptions of each exercise and video demonstrations. 

Whether you have long term goals for competing or want to prep for a photoshoot – this is the perfect coaching option for you!

A nutrition plan will be designed to ensure you have energy throughout the day whilst still enjoying all the food you love to eat! As your coach, I will monitor your progress carefully and make any adjustments as needed. You will learn how to build strength and stamina through physical activity as well as understand how to fuel your body in order to reach your health and fitness goals. 

You will join the #TeamBex team and be fully supported through weekly check ins, updates, WhatsApp group support and you will be joining a community of like-minded people who are all on their own personal journey. We have a team WhatsApp group, private client community feed (via the website) and weekly ZOOM calls which all contribute to a supportive network of amazing people!

As you progress over the year, your program and phases through training and nutrition will vary. Pre-season, prep and post prep protocol are essential to ensuring you not only reach your aspirational goal, but also maintain a healthy relationship with food and training before and after your prep. Bi-weekly check ins will be introduced during the prep part of your package and you will also receive support from me in preparation for your competition or photoshoot through personal ZOOM calls where needed. 

In addition to this, you will receive a discount on immediate renewal of your package and have the opportunity to receive further discounts through my client referral scheme.
