What is the #GR8IN8 challenge?
#GR8IN8 is an online coaching program that will help you to look good and feel great in just 8 weeks. If you want to lose body fat and gain body confidence this is the program for you!
When you join this challenge you will have full access to my coaching App and be provided with a training program that progresses over 8 weeks which will help you build confidence and get stronger in the gym.
A nutrition plan will be designed to ensure you have energy throughout the day whilst still enjoying all the food you love to eat! As your coach, I will monitor your progress carefully and make any adjustments as needed. You will learn how to build strength and stamina through physical activity as well as understand how to fuel your body in order to reach your health and fitness goals.
This challenge allows you to join #TeamBex at entry level including weekly check ins, updates, WhatsApp group support and you will be joining a community of like-minded people who are all on their own personal journey. We have a team WhatsApp group, Facebook group and weekly ZOOM calls which all contribute to a supportive network of amazing people!
