When you sign up for a weekly coaching package you will be provided with a bespoke training program that is designed to help you reach your fitness goals. This will include a combination of resistance training, cardio and daily step count. Training programs are designed based on the equipment you have at home or in the gym including full descriptions of each exercise and video demonstrations.<\/p>\n

A nutrition plan will be designed to ensure you have energy throughout the day whilst still enjoying all the food you love to eat! As your coach, I will monitor your progress carefully and make any adjustments as needed. You will learn how to build strength and stamina through physical activity as well as understand how to fuel your body in order to reach your health and fitness goals.\u00a0<\/p>\n

You will have full access to my coaching App and be fully supported through weekly check ins, updates, WhatsApp group support. You will be joining a community of like-minded people who are all on their own personal journey. We have a team WhatsApp group, Facebook group and weekly ZOOM calls which all contribute to a supportive network of amazing people!<\/p>\n
