THE TRUTH ABOUT ONLINE COACHING

Another week of prep is done and another week closer to my goal. And although it’s been a tough week for training and the first week I’ve actually felt hungry – I’m feeling positive and know that this means changes are coming. This week has also been super productive for work and there are some new and exciting things on the horizon with regards to my business coaching platform. As many of you know, I’ve been business coaching clients for just over a year now and moving forward it’s time to take things to the next level. I’m in the process of developing a Business With Bex Webinar which I am hoping to launch by the end of the month and this will give more aspiring entrepreneurs the opportunity to work with me following a four week course. In addition to this, I will be opening up more one-to-one coaching spaces soon too – which allows for those who want a more bespoke business coaching experience to join my team and get full support from me when up-levelling their business. This aspect of coaching is something I am hugely passionate about and I have a wealth of experience and knowledge to share with those who are looking to either start up their online business or develop more effective systems in order to take it to the next level. At present I’m working with 20 different business coaching clients with a variety of online businesses, but the majority of them are online coaches – much like myself.

When embarking on this journey or following your passion to become an online coach it’s important to fully understand what it entails and to not simply see those doing it on social media and think ‘it looks fun’ or has an appeal when you only get a snapshot of their life on the gram… What do I mean by this? It’s easy with anything on social media to look in on someone’s life or what they choose to share with you and not get the full picture. Becoming an online coach or starting up your business isn’t easy. Starting any business isn’t easy! But it seems nowadays in the fitness industry – everyone is wanting to become an online coach for lots of reasons. However, if you are choosing to venture down this path for any other reason than to help people and because you have a passion for health and fitness – I do not believe you will be successful.

I’ve spoken about this a few times before on my podcast and numerous times on my Instagram, but in this week’s episode I dive a little deeper and give you an insight into what it really takes to become a successful online coach. I share with you guys what I like to call the 4 C formula and this is something I share with all my business coaching clients – whether they are building an online coaching business or any other online business.

The 4 Cs are as follows: clarity, content, communication, consistency. Everything I share with you in this episode is based on my own experiences and success to date – so if you are interested in finding out more be sure to click the link to my podcast and have a listen!
